These Terms of Service apply to your use of Jingler, including the Jingler iOS application, website, shared song pages, and related services, collectively referred to as the “Service.”
These Terms are an agreement between you and VI Ventures LLC, referred to as “Jingler,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Content Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the iOS application. If these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA regarding your license to use the application, the Apple Standard EULA controls for that issue.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Jingler.
If the law where you live requires you to be older to consent to online services or the processing of personal information, you must meet that higher age or have authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
Jingler is not directed to children under 13.
You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.
2. The Service
Jingler allows users to submit text and select creative settings in order to generate short songs and related content.
Generated results may vary. We do not guarantee that every request will produce a song, that generation will be uninterrupted, or that a result will meet your expectations.
We may add, remove, change, limit, or discontinue features. Some features may require payment or a subscription.
3. Third-Party AI Processing
Jingler uses third-party generative AI services to create songs.
When you request a song, the information you provide may be transmitted to and processed by our AI provider.
This information may include:
- Your message or prompt
- Selected genre, mood, or style
- Generation instructions
- Technical metadata necessary to process the request
- Generated output
- Moderation and safety signals
Our current AI services may include generative AI services from Google (including Gemini and Lyria), ElevenLabs, and OpenAI, as applicable.
Third-party providers process information under their own terms, contracts, security practices, and privacy obligations. Jingler does not control every aspect of a provider’s systems.
Do not submit highly sensitive, confidential, legally protected, or private information. Do not submit another person’s personal information unless you have permission and a lawful reason to do so.
4. Your Input
You retain any rights you have in text, prompts, images, or other material you submit to Jingler, referred to as “Input.”
You grant Jingler a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, modify, process, and disclose the Input only as reasonably necessary to:

7. Shared Songs
Jingler may let you create links that allow other people to play a generated song.
Anyone who receives or obtains a shared link may be able to access the associated content. Do not place private or sensitive information in content you intend to share.
You are responsible for deciding who receives a shared link.
We may deactivate shared links that violate these Terms, create legal or safety risks, or are no longer supported.
8. Accounts
If Jingler offers account creation, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it.
Provide accurate information and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Deleting the app from your device does not automatically delete your account or cancel a subscription.

Jingler may offer a free song, free generations, trials, or promotional access.
Free offers may:
- Be limited to eligible users
- Have usage limits
- Change or end
- Include branding or a watermark
- Exclude premium styles, downloads, or other features
We do not guarantee that a particular free offer will remain available.
10. Subscriptions and App Store Purchases
Paid digital features are purchased through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
Apple processes the payment. Jingler does not directly receive or store your full payment-card information.
The applicable price, billing period, included features, and any introductory offer are displayed before purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew for the same subscription period unless cancelled through your Apple Account subscription settings before renewal.
Your Apple Account is charged when you confirm the purchase and at each renewal.
Deleting Jingler does not cancel your subscription.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account or App Store subscription settings. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you retain access until then.
If a free trial or introductory offer converts into a paid subscription, it will renew at the disclosed price unless cancelled before the trial or offer ends.
Eligibility for trials and promotional offers is determined by Apple and the applicable offer configuration.
Refunds, billing disputes, and payment adjustments for App Store purchases are administered by Apple and are subject to Apple’s policies.
Prices may vary by country, currency, taxes, and Apple storefront. Any price change will be handled in accordance with Apple’s processes and applicable law.
